By accessing and using Carlo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Carlo provides Policy Enforcement as a Service, allowing organizations to automate infrastructure compliance and security policies. We are the “Carlo Ethical Firewall” for your infrastructure.
No Refunds Policy:
Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
Credit Retention:
However, if you choose to downgrade your plan, any remaining value from your previous subscription will be retained as credits in your account. These credits can be applied towards future upgrades or subscription renewals. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Carlo.
